WHAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Dictum

It is obvious from these definitions that any act of unwelcome/unsolicited sexually coloured remarks, or invitation or request by words actions. Insinuations or comments on a person’s physique with sexual implications is sexual harassment. Where the woman has reasonable grounds to believe that her objection would be a disadvantage to her in connection with her employment, is also sexual harassment.
