THE LATTER DECISION OF COORDINATE COURT IS THE ONE TO FOLLOW

Dictum

I am not unaware of an earlier decision of this Court to the contrary in Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc v. Longterm Global Capital Ltd and Anor (supra). However, having also averted my mind to the principle of law making a decision of the same Court or Courts of coordinates jurisdiction later in time to be the preferable decision to be followed, the later decisions of this Court in line with my conclusion on this issue are the one to be preferred and followed in this judgment.
